Description A classical Greek-inspired scene on the 1916 plate featured several symbols- a multitude of birds, which were often used to signify the presence of God. Or, perhaps the white doves stood for peace and love and the blue birds for happiness and prosperity, while the fountain symbolized knowledge and wisdom.
