At AL-Noor PK Brand Sales, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 3-day Checking, Replacement, and Refund Policy for all items.
1. Checking & Return Policy
We allow customers to return items within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery, even if there is no defect.
📌 Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order via WhatsApp (+92 3317255129).
📌 Customers can return items for any reason (e.g., change of mind, size issue), but return delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
📌 The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
2. Return Policy for Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return delivery cost and offer a replacement or refund.
✅ Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+92 3317255129).
✅ Take clear pictures of the defect or incorrect item and send them to us.
✅ If the claim is valid, we will arrange a free return pickup or refund your return shipping charges.
3. Exchange & Replacement Policy
We offer exchanges only if:
✔ You received the wrong size, color, or design.
✔ The item has a manufacturing defect (e.g., stitching issues, fabric damage).
Exchange Conditions:
📦 The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

🚚 For exchanges due to customer choice (size, design change), return delivery charges will be paid by the customer.
🚛 For exchanges due to defects or incorrect items, we will cover the return delivery charges.
4. Refund Policy
💰 Refunds are available in the following cases:
✔ If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and you do not wish to exchange it.
✔ If we fail to deliver the correct item after verification.
📌 Refunds will be processed via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
📌 Delivery charges are non-refundable (except for incorrect or defective items).
